Pennwest Edinboro Dining offers every level of catering. We do continental breakfast to high end plated meals on China. We offer boxed lunches and pizza options as well. We will do a full-service event to a drop off or a pickup at the front desk.
Premier
A full-service, high-touch catering experience. Includes menu planning support, professional setup, staffed service, and elevated presentation with upgraded disposables or service ware. Best for formal events, VIP functions, or when you want everything handled start to finish.
Signature
A polished, mid-level catering option that includes high-quality food designed for pick-up. Does not include service support or buffet setup. Great for receptions, meetings, and campus events that want a “step above standard.”
DIY
A budget-friendly, pickup option. Food is packaged for easy self-serve with minimal setup. Disposable serving items may be included but staffing and presentation upgrades are not. Best for casual gatherings, office lunches, or groups that can handle setup and service themselves.
